Our Wedding Part 1

 Hi Furiends! 

After a *brief* honey-moon wiph lots of nomin' and barkin', Annie and I did decide we needed Bloggie 'bout ur wedding for all ur fur and feline friends who could not make the big event.

On Friday 20th, August 2010 @Anniebella021 and Ollie of @theGObros did get married live on Twitter at whot wos widely dubbed 'Wedding of The Year 2010'.  

It was the most exciting time EVER!! We had so much fun and we fink ur guests did too!

The day started early wiph many last minute paw-parations for Annie. But  Griff and I (who wos going to be Bestest BT) ordered' full English breakfast in bed to ensure extra calories for dancin' later wiph @Dogstoyevsky: aka DJ Lexie!

I phot it wos important to celebrate all fings British on ma wedding day! But mum said it wuld go to ur hips.

I need Annie to fink I'm sexiest doggie ever so we ate kibble instead :(


Anways. I wos soo excited to go meet Annie. But little did I know dat DIS wos involved first.....

The bride (dat be Annie!) woke nervous for her big day but was soon off to da Beauty Pawlour to have hair and pawdicure done.


Meanwhile the Groom and best Doggie (dat be me and Da'Griff) started getting into the pawty atmosphere by boogieing to some tunes wiph al the male doggies on Twitter. Songs like 'I Gotta Feelin' (Black Eyed Peas), 'Single Ladies' (Beyonce) and 'London Bridge (Fergie: dis one wos specially for ur English furiends!)

We were sooooo ready!!

 Meanwhile, Annie wos busy getting dressed and wos glad her chief bridesmaid @coney_greyhound wos there to help her dress after extra sossidge eatin' in the morning!



Coney looked VERY sophisticated in her outfit and was accompanied by handsome @OZ_theTerrier who sent her some beautifur roses (which she did eat but don't tell Ozzie Okie?!

Anyways.... while the bride wos putting the last minute touches to her veil, pearls, collar, pink flowered tiara, I did organ-size a ride to pick up Annie and her bridefurs and bring them to the church. 

But Annie wos worried my 'ride' would mess her fur so deiced to take a limo instead :( But I fink she did very much appreciate my gentledogginess)!

I's said one last 'goodbye' to Mum and set off for the church.

Weese arrived in plenty of time, but den tapped ur paws hoping Annie would not be late!

Ur guests started to arrive, so we put on some 'rrivin' music and showed them to their seats.

Ern @clairetweet was one of the first to arrive.   He looked sooo 'pawsome' in dat tie!

@HamishTheWestie, one of Annie's good furiends came next looked dashing in his bow tie and cummer-bun

Millie @Westymad looked such a poppet and was accompanied by her dashing beau @Petethejack whilst Charlie @Westymad arrived so smoochie smart.......

@MarthaTheWestie who modelled latest of fashions featured in Dogue.

Buddy @Whyshouldntwe slipped into this smart number and had the girlies swooning

@SpriteandFinn looked sophisticated and stunning in their outfit. 

Finn wos wondering where her date Tucker @Bvfeyj was. Sprite looked soooo smart in his tartan tie. 

(weese wondered if it was 'Westie Tartan?!)

@Rebus_Scottie looked dashing in his outfit.  Flora @Angusthescottie was soo lucky  to accompany him!

So many guests came and we wos so honoured to have their compawny to celebrate ur happy day. It was lovely to see all ur furiends. @Tartan_terriers were escorted by @Cha_Oscar and @RockyYorkieDog, @JessPals was Griff's date. @Pasikas, @TeaganTheDog, @MrKiplingwoof, @lyn1bry, @BarneytheBasset, @DanteGalgo, @border_pup, @Frezzi, @Charsky_pup, @DoraBT, @bridietheborder, @diamondbertie, @dogstoyevsky, @westiesp, @Bensonthehusky, @marblecakeJema @Santina_kitteh, @dantegalco, @floyldthelurcher, @farthewestie @Taleulah, @SydPie @Weaserr and lots of others.

Some doggies couldn't make it and sent special wishes and telegrams. Here is @SmudgeBT's lovely card.

'Dear Ollie and Annie.  I wish ya a bootiful wedding and years of wedded bliss of romping and digging and snuggles'

@Katandliz sent their apologies and Molly and Pixie @lou_Brooke who caught up on the proceedings later.  (Some doggies were snoozing around the world.... it can't be helped wiv all these silly time tones!  BOL!)

With all the guests seated, Annie FINALLY arrived although getting out of the car in her finery was easier woofed than done!

After a few moments for pawtographs, she was ready at the church door to walk down the Aisle.

She wos nervous but was woofed on by her lovely bridesfurs until she arrived to meet her Doggieband-to-be the Most Handsomest Ollie (dat would be me!)

Boph Annie and I did have such fun and are so appreciative of all ur lovely friends who joined us, all those mentioned here and all who were there to watch the pawceedings.

What lucky dogs we are to have such luffly humans to look after us. But we did also remember that not all anipals are so lucky so we are supporting ur charity http://www.internationalanimalrescue.com/ at http://www.justgiving/OllieandAnnie 

and hoping that maybe some of ur pals will too!!! 'Loose Change' is all we barking for!
